Today, we're excited to introduce Tara, our newest HR & People Ops Pro. Tara brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise, with a distinguished career spanning over a decade in human resources management, business strategy, and organizational leadership. Her comprehensive skill set and proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing organizational efficiency make her an invaluable asset to our team.

With a bachelor's degree in business management and human resources from Park University and a Master of Legal Studies in Business Law and HR & Employment Law from Arizona State University, Tara is well-equipped to tackle even the most complex HR challenges. Beyond her academic achievements, Tara is actively involved in various advisory and community roles, demonstrating her commitment to excellence both professionally and personally.

Residing in Lee’s Summit, MO, Tara enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and two boxers. Whether she's attending sporting events, exploring the vibrant offerings of Kansas City, or embarking on new travel adventures, Tara cherishes creating lasting memories and meaningful connections with her loved ones.
