Kerri M. Roberts - CEO & Founder

Kerri M. Roberts has devoted over 20+ years of her career to advancing Operational Excellence and Strategic Human Resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Columbia College and her MBA from William Woods University. Kerri is a certified Predictive Index partner, a licensed insurance producer in Missouri, and has a deep passion for process improvement and efficiency. Her expertise stems from her training in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria and experience as a Senior Examiner for the Missouri Quality Award.

Kerri is the founder and CEO of Salt & Light Advisors, a People Operations and HR Firm serving small to mid-sized businesses. Through her work, she helps clients achieve HR success with high employee engagement, making human resources easy and effective. Kerri also hosts the podcast "Don't Waste the Chaos," where she shares candid conversations blending business insights with the entrepreneurial journey, encouraging leaders to embrace challenges with purpose.

Kerri's leadership and influence have been recognized widely. She has been named to Women of Excellence, Women in Power, Women Who Move the City, and 20 Under 40 by local publications. Nationally, she was featured in Insurance Business America as part of the 2021 and 2022 Hot 100 and 2022 Elite Women. Additional honors include being named Graduate and Professional Alumni of the Year by William Woods University and a Young Professional Award Nominee by Athena International.

Kerri resides on a 140-acre farm in Missouri with her husband, son, and beloved yellow Labradors. She is passionate about Veterans causes and has a deep faith in God. Kerri enjoys yoga, travel, exploring the outdoors, reading on her porch swing, and trying new sourdough recipes.

Paige Mulligan - Marketing Coordinator

Paige Mulligan serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Salt & Light Advisors, Salt & Light for Women, and the podcast Don’t Waste the Chaos. She works behind the scenes managing social media, the YouTube channel, websites, and marketing projects, helping to keep the business moving forward.

Paige earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Her professional background includes experience in corporate and university settings, with expertise in social media, marketing, human resources, and advising. She thrives in structured yet creative environments and is passionate about building relationships and helping others reach their full potential.

Paige lives in Lake Saint Louis, MO, with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, capturing moments through photography, and cheering on her children at their sporting events.

Morgan Ross - Community & Growth Coordinator

Morgan Ross is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education at Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, where she is also a student-athlete on the Evangel Women’s Basketball Team. Known for her energy, drive, and leadership, Morgan brings a fresh perspective and deep passion for growth, teamwork, and community building.

In her role at Salt & Light Advisors, Morgan supports the development and engagement of our Collective Memberships, including People Practice Lab, HR in a Box, The Leap, and The Circle. Her experience as a collegiate athlete and her enthusiasm for helping others thrive make her a natural fit for our mission and culture.

Originally from Missouri, Morgan enjoys staying active, investing in her personal development, and encouraging those around her to reach their full potential. She is excited to serve our community with excellence and heart.

Hannah Gregory - Executive Assistant

Hannah Gregory serves as the Executive Assistant at Salt & Light Advisors, where she brings a thoughtful blend of administrative expertise, relational warmth, and a strong commitment to excellence. Raised in Columbia, Missouri, Hannah is a proud Rock Bridge alum and lifelong Mizzou fan. Her background includes experience in church, school, and business settings, all of which have shaped her people-first approach to support and service.

In her role, Hannah provides high-level administrative support and plays a vital part in keeping our team organized and mission-focused. Known for her reliability, empathy, and natural ability to anticipate needs, she contributes daily to our culture of purpose-driven work.

Hannah is married to Cody and is mom to two young children—Lucy and Ollie—who keep life joyful and adventurous. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and cheering on their favorite sports teams. Her steady presence and heart for others make her an invaluable part of our team.
